TICKETS AND COSTUME PICK UP
Our office will be open on Friday and Saturday for passengers to collect their Sambadrome tickets:
Location: Rua Siqueira Campos, 44 / 13 floor - cob 02 - Copacabana Ticket Pick-up Desk: from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
IMPORTANT: Each person must bring ID in order to enter the building.
Hotel Ticket Delivery: Upon request, we can arrange to deliver tickets to the guest´s hotel for a service fee:
- USD 20.00 per ticket – to hotels in Leme, Copacabana, Ipanema, and Leblon - USD 30.00 per ticket - to hotels in Barra da Tijuca and Santa Teresa - USD 40.00 per costume
For security reasons, tickets can only be delivered directly to clients; therefore, a day and time should be scheduled by clients in advance. We do not assume responsibility for delivery should the client fail to show up at the scheduled date and time.
